Question thoo. Would you do active recall in like every lecture from class? Or do you just do active recall for a few days while you do studying sessions like each day for different subjects. Maybe for example, I'll do active recall for the first lecture since I'm introduced into a new unit in physics and maybe I did a lesson abt like distance and displacement. Would I do AR on that particular lecture or just within multiple lectures like maybe after the 2nd of 3rd lecture of the unit before a upcoming quiz or test? Just trying to prepare well 🙃
