Mind blown. I worked in that plaza back in 1995 when I first moved to USA from Canada,for a catering company. I remember I had no experience with food. Someone ordered an "Italian" - I had no idea what that was so asked what was on it and they said "everything" so I put tuna, turkey, chicken salad, literally everything on the food station. hahah. He was not impressed.
