They probably said “ask the counter” because there’s like a tube system to get certain medicated creams out of that only the counter can do! I got my a313 from the counter!

The lidocaine lozenges are amazing! I got the flu in Paris several years ago and that’s what the pharmacy tech gave me. I get more everytime we go back now. Side note: I also love that the pharmacy tech was able to take my temp, ask my symptoms and prescribe me meds. 🥰
