I use vegetarian chorizo...with curry leaves,mustard seeds, hing added to oil before the onions, kasoori methi at the end. Roti as tortilla. Tomato-indian pickle salsa, raw white onion, cilantro for topping. When the Mexican makes the Indian food LOL 😅
