Regardless of yelling “I declare peace”, the guy intentionally grabbed a chainsaw to use as a weapon, while threatening “We’re at war. I’ll cut you up into pieces! You’re my enemy. You’re going to die!” WTF did you want the cop to do? Let the suspect attack him with the chainsaw first??? Get real!
