humans have been in conflict since the creation of the world. people fight for good. natives for their land and people. same with the whites, for their people and to survive. yet both sides committed atrocities, and both sides helped each other. native Americans have so much of my respect, yet so do my German American ancestors who came and settled this country. both sides made sacrifices, both sides suffered, both sides helped each other. we need to stop dividing between the 2 and build each other up. we both made America.

The difference between the indigenous warring with each other is that it was not race based. They White people killed the indigenous because of racial superiority and they were cruel when they did it. Scalping was a torture method started by Europeans not native people.
