When you frying chicken put a pot of vinegar and equal parts water on the stove and the smell will be gone

Food looks great!! I hate frying food in my house but if I do I open the windows downstairs, boil cinnamon water and add either lemon or oranges to the water before frying, during and afterwards. Hardly any smell in the house.
