His cracked tooth has created a deep infection in his mouth, and the abscess has broken through his jaw. He needs urgent veterinary treatment, pain management, and continued care to give him a chance to heal. What hurts most is knowing that, despite sharing his story, we have received very little support for his treatment. We understand that times are difficult, and we know we have asked for help before. But Festus cannot understand why help is taking so long. He only knows that he is hurting and that the people around him are trying to make it better.
