@caitlynskitchen: Crockpot Crack Chicken Sandwiches These Crockpot Crack Chicken Sandwiches are the perfect easy weeknight dinner or perfect for football season! 🤍🏈 Ingredients 2 chicken breasts Chicken seasoning, to taste 1 packet ranch seasoning ½ cup chicken broth ½ block cream cheese (4 oz) ¼ cup sliced green onions 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled Buns, for serving Directions 1. Add the chicken breasts to the crockpot and season with your favorite chicken seasoning. 2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken, then pour in the chicken broth. 3. Add the cream cheese on top. 4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours or HIGH for 3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds. 5. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot and stir until the cream cheese is fully incorporated. 6. Add the green onions, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
