I wrote from one pov in the first book and then multiple in the second book for this exact reason. Multiple povs re-contexualizes the entire story the reader thinks they know. It’s very very fun

Mmm I like this. Great advice. As a 1st person perspective writer I do this a lot. I always try to make it feel like the audience is the character so the objective truth, when it is revealed, is much more impactful
