welllll i started wearing contacts at 8, swam competitively for 7 years, genuinely have not showered without contacts in YEARS, i sleep in them, and ive never had a single issue. never been told to not swim/shower with them. NOT an endorsement just my experience lol.

girl i shower blind, swim in the pool & beach blind. if you need to see something or want pictures we put them back on 😭 being blind is a lifestyle!! we have to take them off and put them on multiple times to be comfortable there's no need for shower glasses 🧍🏻♀️i wore glasses since elementary school im almost 25 now .. there's no for SHOWER GLASSES plsss 😅

The shower isn’t happening sorry eye doctors everywhere. There are waaay too many baby spiders in my bathroom to be going in blind. For the pool/lake I wear dailies so I can throw them away after. I’m not swimming that often so it’s not a big deal

Thankfully my eye is okay, it was extremely painful. Just shower in your glasses. I have a towel to wipe them off in the shower and I take them off when washing my hair
