Today that meant a trip to Home Depot for a new Sterling bathtub and surround because this seller is moving out of state and we don’t have time to wait for an order. Do I tell every seller to replace their bathtub? Absolutely not. But part of preparing a house for sale is knowing which things are worth fixing and which things we should leave alone.
