Because in the last TWO WEEKS, I’ve helped more people get answers, refunds and resolutions than some of them got in the previous SIX MONTHS. That tells me everything I need to know. I didn’t cause what happened, but people trusted my recommendation and I’m not disappearing now. I’ll keep helping people document, dispute, report, and advocate for what they’re owed.
