i had to do TMS therapy for almost 10 weeks for MDD but almost 3 months later i’ve felt so much better!! i will admit, it didn’t feel like such an overwhelming amount of improvement while i was doing it but it definitely helps over time 💗💗

I’ve been referred for that, but because I’ve had a stroke I have to be cleared by a neurologist. My brother did it and it didn’t work for him. He said it wasn’t exactly painful but uncomfortable. He did it every week day for 31 days. The getting hot thing makes me worry, I lose consciousness when I get the least bit warm

I havent done TMS so i cant speak on that. the only therapy thats worked for me so far (I have cptsd, major depressive disorder, etc. and have also gone through sooo many meds that did nothing) is lifespan integration therapy! most ppl havent heard of it but it literally saved my life! i just want to give you an idea of whats out there in case, goddess forbid, this treatment doesnt help you ❤️cuz youre an amazing human and you deserve the world 🥰

Interesting that yours didn’t hurt. My spouse has been doing it for a little over a week, and she says it hurts every time. I hope yours continues to go smoothly
