i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 21 and it has been the most challenging thing I can not lose weight no matter what diet I am on i can't afford the surgery or the weight loss injections I am stuck my hormones are out of wack and my muscle aches are so bad the symptoms we get is absolutely insane and people call us lady

Dom you are doing so good. We had our little ones at the same time, everything you went thru I did too at the same time. Going thru a separation and growing a little one alone for the first time is so scary and vulnerable but so rewarding.

Had graves full on unprepared anxiety impending doom filling like terrible, went on with therapy 15 months and many X-rays ultrasounds and went in remission ☺️but unfortunately graves goes into hypothyroidism after a while , what triggered my one was pregnancy but unfortunately and up in miscarriage, so thyroid disease is hard and affecting everything in your body if not treated correctly.

Honey don’t be so hard on yourself. When I was a young mum I was the same. All your daughter needs is love, food and shelter to thrive. The rest of it is just noise that causes unnecessary stress. No one is perfect. Take one day at a time and remember that it gets so much easier as they get older.
