neglected blocked drains probably caused this, when was theast time you seen them cleaned out? not just the road sweeper flying by, this is by where I live, photo taken in February, still the same today

If I lived on a main rd or a street and noticed the drains were blocked, I'd unblock them. Yes the cpuncil should do it, but they fail us. People need to adapt and take personal responsibility for where they live. Its you that suffers when things go wrong
