press ONSSSSS !!! I paint my press ons w gel and the glue is soo good and my nails have healed soo much bc of it. I can wear a set for 2 weeks whereas gel would only last a few days on my natural nails

People say press ons will damage their nails… my nails are so NATURALLY thin and brittle that wearing the press ons has actually helped my nails get thicker 😭

cod liver oil / omega-3💔 it’s gross but so good for hair and nail growth the capsules are easy to take

Have you had a blood panel done? And do you drink enough water a day? My nail strength is directly tied to my diet and water intake, even a week of slacking off and I’ll see it

OKAY SAME i paint my own press ons n glue them on and when im ready to take them off i put a BUNCH of cuticle oil all around the edges of my nails let it set like an hour then take accatone on a brush and go around the edges and get under the nail and they pop right off

Since your nails are bendy a classic gel will be too soft and it’ll just bend and peel off. I would recommend a hard gel so it doesn’t allow your nails to bend so much!!

my nails grew when I stopped peeling my nail polish off. Taking my polish off with acetone only. I had to constantly keep my manicure nice and it was too much maintenance so I went back to peeling it off lol

Girl, same my mom recommended the hard as nails Sally Hansen Hardner polish, and it is definitely helped save my nails from tearing/breaking

my nails have grown out sm with gel polish, my twin used builder gel on them and I feel like thats been helping!! ik u said gel polish wasn't working for u, but maybe if u have that extra layer it could work better. idk @WoahGrimleyWoah🧡🤍🩷 what u think
