@husermomma: SAVE this easy Crockpot Poppyseed Chicken 🤤🙌🏼 This is one of those dump it in the crockpot and let it do its thing dinners. Sweet, savory, creamy and SO easy! CROCKPOT POPPYSEED CHICKEN: Ingredients: • 2–2½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs • 1 cup poppyseed dressing • 1 packet onion soup mix • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 cloves garlic, minced • ½ tsp black pepper • Salt • Optional: 1–2 tbsp brown sugar or honey for a little extra sweetness • Optional: 4 oz cream cheese for a creamy finish (I didn’t add this time) Directions: Add the chicken to your crockpot and pour the poppyseed dressing over the top. Add the honey, onion soup mix, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, pepper and salt. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Shred or slice the chicken and stir everything together. For an extra creamy sauce, stir in 4 oz of cream cheese at the end until melted and smooth.
