@dadduties: This double-sided frying pan by @JASISS has quickly become one of those things I keep reaching for. Nonstick, easy to flip, and I can cook both sides without having to fight with a spatula. Tonight my youngest wanted rice and eggs, and being able to flip the pan makes getting that egg yolk cooked how she likes it so much easier.
