Also while we’re at it skinny = HEALTHY or HEALTHIER you should see your collar bones! People used to say omg I can see your collar bones you need to stop! I was 175lbs at best…. I’m literally 5’ 2 😂 I’m 140 right now and still need to keep going. My moms like YOUR GONNA BE A SKELETON!!! No mother I promise I won’t 😭👏
