Why do I get a low rating for falling asleep in 3-5 minutes?? Isn’t it the idea to go to sleep when you’re tired? The ring wants a 15-20 minute latency! I don’t want to be in bed for 15-20 waiting to get to sleep!!!

When they conduct a sleep study on you, they send you a different version of this ring that is FDA-approved. Perhaps she is suing because it is not medical-grade. I don’t know.

Worth splitting what the claim actually covers. Total time asleep and when you woke are the parts these get closest on. Stage breakdowns are the weak output across the whole category rather than one brand, which is why comparing against another wrist device settles very little.
