The Judge is either a coward or corrupt for not including the Bowden. He has to see the problems with the investigation. He didn't want to include it because maybe it could be construed that he's agreeing there were many problems with the investigation if he includes it. He's not willing to admit the CW had an anchoring bias and failed to conduct a non biased thorough investigation.

I still can’t get past his bullshit about 911 not working because he couldn’t get it to connect to Wi-Fi. 911 doesn’t require that. Bowden instructions at minimum should’ve been approved by the judge.

Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the ICU at a major metro hospital in Dallas with a level 1 Trauma. In 16 years of my career, I’ve never seen a core temp that low. Lindsay was allegedly found at 6:11 p.m. EMS left the house ~6:30 p.m. and according to Google Maps, it takes 22 mins to get from the house to South Shore Hospital where her core temp was measured at 82.1°F via esophageal temp probe. The fastest recorded core temp drop from 98.6°F to 82.1°F was 52 mins in a 2024 case when a patient was submerged in freezing water. Given that Lindsay was a 32 year old female with her latest weight recorded being 115 lb, the temp outside being 32°F at the most since there was snow on the ground, with a wind gust ~7 mph, the fact that she was wet from lying in the snow, and the fact that she was wearing jeans, a tank top/cami, a bra and was found barefoot with a Jefferson Fracture…AND the fact that she was found to have a double dose of Seroquel in her system on the tox screen so she was unable to regulate her own body temperature means that her core temp would have taken at least 3-7 hrs to drop from 98.6°F (given she was healthy before this) to 82.1°F upon arrival at South Shore Hospital. Her other initial vitals at South Shore, according to Dr. Kelly McDonough’s testimony, reflected that she was tachycardic, hypotensive, and her GCS was 10. Another medical witness, Dr. Michael Volfovich testified during the trial that a GCS score of 10 meant she was not speaking intelligibly. They were concerned about her breathing pattern and protecting her airway so they intubated and ventilated her. An RN also knows you never slice horizontally, only vertically along the artery (which she would know exactly where to locate) and she knows where the carotid arteries are. She would have no need to attempt to cut herself multiple times and not even break the fascia. Also, if she did it, she wouldn’t need to strangle the kids. She could easily have cut their carotids as well. Quick and painless. If she was trying to get it done before Patrick got back, why would she use asphyxiation instead of just cutting the carotid and getting it over with? None of it makes sense.
