The judge in Massachusetts will most likely order another nationwide injunction. Her reasoning behind lifting her first injunction was that the lawsuits legal arguments were not valid since the Supreme Court made their order. The lawsuits just have to bring another case with a different legal argument now that the ballot rule has been finalized.
