I understand that she may have been angry or provoked, and perhaps there is another side to the story that we haven’t seen. However, being upset does not justify using vulgar language & being physical. As someone wearing the hijab, I feel that a certain level of restraint and adab should still be observed, even in anger. She could have handled the situation better, and honestly, that part was disappointing to watch.
