I was a vet tech for 16 years. Puppies can't regulate their body control enough yet, they dehydrate quicker because of their size and anything over 85° is too hot. Even 75°-80° is uncomfortable and risky. Look how hard they are panting and how pink its gums and tongue are. This guy doesn't deserve those puppies.
