Dont fall for the upfront “customer service”. Great machines, but do to the extreme lack of customer service, double billing parts/service. Never will buy another CAT machine.

Absolutely no clue how any business owner could be a fan of bobcat sales and support is terrible Parts network is terrible the machines are unreliable foreign garbage.

Cats been the worse customer service for me. They sold me a 249-d3 two speed and wasn’t a two speed. Just had a sticker on it and argued it and wanted to charge me. Holt cat sucks. I’ve owned 20 cats in last 28 years changing to bobcat and run John deer dozers
