The Shocking Case Of Robert Rowland 💔 It was June 2024 in Conway South Carolina. Nora Rowland’s Dad lived in a house alone but he’d been growing more and more frail over the years. He was 75 years old and had been slowly becoming less able to do things for himself. So Nora arranged for him to have a carer - she hired Sarah Smalls to pop in to do daily visits.. The property rights to Roberts home had been transferred.. for FIVE DOLLARS. He’d allegedly given over his house to this nurse?! She had also somehow become his legal power of attorney??? And multiple newspapers are reporting that there were bank transfers from Roberts bank account - to Sarahs account.
