If this slipped past you, let me clarify: he said Glenarden, Maryland has the highest rate of Black‑owned homes in America, and its median household income is approximately $80,000, surpassing the national average. Although, there are communities in California in the US with median household incomes reaching $150K–$200K, they aren’t predominantly Black. Let that sink in.
