I find it insane when it comes to having to choose between your family and your religion. of course in the first video, you weren't persuading him one way or the other. But he's put himself in that situation. I find it insane when an individual chooses a church over their own family.

there is no need to defend your thinking. if sending him a video causes this reaction from him - it says a lot more about him than about you. parsing words and saying you don't love him unconditionally are still his issues. saying you're the reason for his divorce is his issue as well. and with that said, I wouldn't put anymore thought into his words or feelings because they have nothing to do with you. he is his own problem. believe in yourself and you'll do great. ✌

Girl you are justified in your opinions and truth. You’re speaking 100% truths about the church and all you were doing was sharing a fact about about what happened. Your father is conditioned (brainwashed) & that’s why he can’t go there understanding the seriousness of leadership being accused of wrong doing because we’re raised in the church not to question or criticize leaders in the church.
