Ive worked in retail management for 30 years, almost exclusively in little girls clothing and longer shorts, skirts etc, dont sell. My personal opinion on it dosent matter but longer stuff never sells more than one or 2. Store are out to make a profit and they stock what sells. Just to clarify, my personal opinion may differ but its honestly a very small handful of Moms who wont buy the short stuff and crop tops, though when i make displays, I layer them but its pretty crazy how many moms just want that grown look for there little girls.

I’ve tried it on myself and it doesn’t show like that at all when on! It is still on the short side tbh, I’m 5ft and it was too short for me to wear as a mum if that makes sense lol. Older teens id be ok with it but an 8yo? No
