Nahhhh, it's free regardless. As far as fashion framing, you have sellable mods, you have the occasional riven you have prime parts, etc. As far ad decorations: You have Zariman decor, 1999 decor, syndicate decor, dog days decor, etc. All of it for free.

oh my fucking god. seriously. I've spent more money on this game for fashion frame than anything, and I've outright paid for the FULL Titania prime access when it was available. (Warframe whale here. don't just spend money on the game. know EXACTLY what you want to buy and why, lest the buyer's remorse come for you.)

Long Version: It’s still Pay to Access like any game, but the Studio uses a model were all content is available with time investment, everything anyone can buy can be obtained by someone who doesn’t. The caveat is like going out to Buy a Car, and you test drive it, but in this case the test Drive is indefinite. There’s a plus side to this: Players perform beta test quality control, Server providers get real time use and support, and DE gets more word of mouth. It’s a very good model.
