I did a ton of work for a national security company. they rented space in office buildings where they had two very old computers and a bank of lead acid batteries. all of their servers are backed up with these.

spend the money on lithium batteries. they are good for 10 years and keep a steady voltage down to 10% as opposed to lead which dies closer to 50%

FFS. Who's creating the copy for this video? So badly wrong on data it's not even funny. . ~12 to ~16 12v lead acid batteries wired in a combination of series and parallel in order to have enough to run a central air conditioner for 4 hours. . The math behind this video is absolutely bullshit. Not just a little off, but WAY off. $79 batter times 12, and you'll get less than a half a day out of it.

for $725 I will just buy a gas or propane generator and hook up a backfeed to my breaker. I will shut off the main and power only the breaker to the important things like fridge and freexer
