I see everybody saying every reason except the one that is the most obvious. He doesn’t want to be forced to pay child support. It’s so simple. As long as he is not legally the child’s father, he doesn’t have to financially support the baby at all. He’s not obligated to buy diapers, formula, help with medical bills, childcare, buy clothes, toys or give any type of support regarding money at all. He does not want to be legally obligated to financially support Junior ….except when he *chooses* to pitch in. I really don’t know his character well enough to say for sure, but it seems like Blue only wants to help support Junior when it’s going to make Blue look really good in the public’s eye or even just when it’s going to get clicks and views and attention for him on social media.
