My cousin was shot a paralyzed. He intentionally overdosed a week later. I’m glad you had the strength to not think any less of yourself and what your life is worth.

I dated a guy in a wheelchair… the way when ppl inquire and I mention him, they’re always “shocked” and or have told me “you must were desperate “. The way the world treat people with disabilities is disgusting!! I said crazy part is he treated me like more of a princess/queen than most “able body” ppl! Like bye fr! Soon someone say something ignorant I instantly cut them off , romantically, playtonic too
