Exactly. This is what it was originally intended to be, t I’ve seen people misuse it and build a system around their insecurities so they never need to leave the comfort zone or anything else (and many people also misunderstood my video and think that I am totally against it, because it’s the other way around: I might be the strictest person I know regarding dating, I just don’t „control them“ haha). Very very good video. And love the part where you read I to your notes and didn’t cut it out (I do that too)
