@ghaliblaw: Green Card → U.S. Citizenship! 🇺🇸🎉 Yesterday, my client, who had a conditional green card, was approved for her permanent 10-year green card after her interview. But she won’t be receiving her 10-year green card in the mail because she also has a pending N-400 citizenship application, and that was approved as well! 🎉 Instead, she will now be scheduled for her naturalization ceremony. If you have a pending I-751 petition to remove the conditions on your residence and you are otherwise eligible for U.S. citizenship, I generally recommend that my clients consider filing the N-400 as well. In many cases, filing for citizenship can help move the case along, and you may ultimately have both cases approved together.
