Day 109 sober . The 1st month was pretty horrible . Lots of headaches and so tired . Now sleeping like a baby . My weekends are so good now . The thought of a hang over or ever going through the detox / headaches / tiredness stops me from drinking . I do still miss the thought of it but I hope to never drink again . It’s utterly pointless

So true. I'm nearly 6 months now, and only noticed the more energy, clear mind etc in the last month or so. I was so tired the 1st month, but its all been worth it. x

keep going every one, 20 years sober, I can go in a pub and have an orange juice, never thought it would happen, I don't even want to drink now, the smell of it just reminds me of bad times. Good luck it's worth it believe me.
