Stanine grading is there for long. Educational students were taught this grading system and comes with a lot of advantages. One advantage is that, in circumstance students don't perform in a particular subject, meaning no student will get 1 in that subject and it's not good.

it's not ok. The question is what about if 6% had 100%? How are you going to treat the 2% after picking your 4%? During your time WAEC was not using the STANINE grading system so why this change?
