It’s been 2 years since Papa left me, yet it still feels like I can see the shadow of all the times we went food-hunting together because we both loved eating, especially lamb chops! We’d go shopping, swimming, and so much more. Back in 2022, I looked after you for a whole month in the hospital, and every single day I tried my very best to be the best child I could be, to fulfill every wish and craving you had. Like that time you wanted sushi in the middle of the night??!! Where on earth was I supposed to find that?? But I found it anyway, just for you. 🥺 I miss feeding you. I miss putting lip balm on your lips and lotion on your feet. And I miss our silly jokes and playful banter you knew I was sensitive, but you loved seeing me act all sulky and pouty just to tease me. I miss every single moment we shared. 💔 I still get traumatized thinking about that phone call when they told me you’d fainted at the dialysis center. I rushed straight to the hospital, driving like a maniac. You were sent to the cardiac hospital after they detected a heart attack, and everyone was shocked because you never even took heart medication! You fainted on Thursday, and by Friday… you were gone. You left me, Papa. You passed away on a Friday , a blessed. 🤍 I have to accept it, because I know you’d been in pain for so long. Adik need to accepts it… but adik still misses you.
