A simpler explanation: Skill heals and gives herself certified banger(max 50) which she mainly uses to mitigate incoming damage by 60%, if an ally’s hp is under 50% they gain 30% damage mitigation(yes it stacks with the 60%), when she uses ult/technique she gains 3/2 points which transforms her BA into EBA, ult also gives herself 20 certified banger and advances the chosen ally’s action by 10/15/30 % based on how many elation characters are on team, if you have 4 then they get an extra action, this extra action also gives them 30 certified banger and 60 punchline(only useful on SW999), EBA heals all allies and does elation damage(if you have certified banger and if ult is used on elation character). Elation skill gives elation damage buff to all allies
