This is a long overdue update, and I always knew this day would come but it still doesn’t feel real. Unfortunately as of July this year, I heard the news that my body is no longer strong enough to be able to continue with any form of cancer treatment and could prove more fatal if I tried. I have been fighting this horrible disease since 2023 and I have given it my absolute all. I may have only lived a short life but it has been so fulfilling and I genuinely feel so lucky. I have the absolute best family and friends to be surrounded by, and I have made so many friendships along this horrible journey. Cancer isn’t winning this fight, I will be bringing it down with me. I have been spending a lot of time being present, doing as much as I can and making the most of the time that I have left. I am so lucky for all the support I have received from you guys online. If it wasn’t for the donations to my gofundme to raise money for my latest treatment Enhertu, I believe my time would’ve been up many months ago. And when I am no longer here, I will be passing the remainder of the money directly to my family to help other families who are in need of donations to receive treatment. All I wanted to do was share my story, and raise awareness to this horrible disease, and I hope that I have done that. I am currently on palliative care, and I am not sure how present I will be moving forward online. And eventually when the time comes, I will leave my login details down to my family at some point to update on my passing. But in the meantime, I am still here and will continue to keep fighting for as long as I can, Lots of love Shanice ✨🤍
