A traditional festival lasting 370 years🏮 📍Saitama Kawagoe Festival - 埼玉 川越祭り ⠀ The Kawagoe Festival, which boasts a history of over 370 years, is held every October. The sight of gorgeous floats passing by against the backdrop of the kurazukuri (storehouse-style) streets that are a symbol of Little Edo is a breathtaking sight. The daytime is marked by heroic music, and at night the streets are enveloped in the magical glow of lanterns. By the way, there's apparently a superstition that it will rain on one of the days of the Kawagoe Festival...☂️ ⠀ 370年以上の歴史を誇る「川越祭り」は、毎年10月に開催されます。 小江戸の象徴・蔵造りの町並みを舞台に、絢爛豪華な山車がすれ違う光景は圧巻。 昼は勇壮な囃子、夜は提灯の灯りに包まれた幻想的な街並み。 ちなみに、川越祭りのどちらかの日は雨が降るというジンクスがあるとかないとか…☂️ ⠀ ──────────────────────── Post beautiful scenery of Japan.
