Kenya has too many graduate for jobs and business even govt to absorb.Too many graduate youth are also disgruntled.I stopped trying to do masters juu if i cant get a job with a degree it a waste of time to continue up

Ningesoma but singesoma na mentality ya kuwa employed, instead on focusing more on getting that A, I would've focused on knowledge, that's what I've realized with advanced countries, they go to school to get knowledge not only to pass exams, so the graduates are very ready to innovate and create employment instead of staying like us just waiting for job opportunities which aren't enough here

Not quite. This is what everyone gets wrong about school and education. Education is there to enlighten and expand your mind. Hio kujituma unasema is a conditioning you got from the school system. That along with collecting information (reading), learning (I'm sure you had to learn whatever you're doing now), processing that information through pattern recognition and memory and generally the whole process of conducting research is skillets that you subconsciously picked from the school system. Uneducated people are the ones who oversimplify the purpose of school as just making money when in real sense it makes you a whole different person. Enda uinteract na mtu kama caretaker, watchman, herdsmen, sometimes the uneducated mama mboga or house manager ama wale Maasai, no disrespect or offense to any of them, ndio utajua the value of education.
