If you cannot drive your car at 30 miles an hour without causing an accident that you shouldn’t be driving so why do we need 20 mph? It’s just control done too far.

this is unreasonable. the traffic already in brum is ridiculous changing a lot of roads down from 40 to 30 now down to 20. have a bloody day off 🙄 maybe start by tackling all the pot holes and stupidly parked vehicles leave the speed limits alone 😑😒
