These always make me so sad. When one of my old exes dumped me I found out shortly after that she went on and cracked a dude only a week after. I don’t know when you broke up, but take the day on and first replay your memories with them, good and bad. Imagine all the futures you could’ve had. Remember how “perfect” they were. Then remember how trash they were. Cry about it for hours. Take a piece of paper and vent about how you feel about them. Crumple it up and throw it. The next day, never look back.
