Wonder if you could you try putting a little chalkboard sign that says "next restock estimated **** (time)" you could also list what will be coming at that time) and then just wipe and update it each restock? 🥰

Still can’t get over the fact people message you while sitting outside. So intrusive IMO

You should have a little board by the shed that says “restocking at : “ on one side and “no more restocks” on the other side to reduce the time and stress of replying to people individually.

Fudge might also be a good one for you? Very delicious, many many options for ingredients and toppings, and it doesn’t need an oven.

Might be worth adding a sign in the shed to say ‘more coming’, ‘finished for day’ or ‘next refill due 3pm’ whatever works best, to stop the messages making you feel pressured 😅

How about Crumble pots? You could stew the fruit during the week or whilst everything else is baking and then just add to pot & topping and voila!

Maybe you could get some of the neighbor kids involved and they sell lemonade or coffee for the people waiting for the new breads etc to bake? They could make some money for school trips or something like that
