it's also called tofu skin! it's sooooo good to cook with! I've made a good Italian beef replacement with that stuff 🤤

my local vegan chicken shop used to wrap them around tofu and then fried them to make "chicken nuggets" loved them so much 😂😭🥰 was one of the rare vegan things I actually liked eating with my brother as his vegetarian and I eat everything
