@neilinvests: A Junior ISA is an absolute no brainer for me if you have got kids. I’ve held this for about 4 years now and the returns in very boring index funds has been absolutely mind blowing. If it continues at this rate, AND if they continue to deposit, my 2 boys are track for a very early and wealthy retirement. This is not investment advice. When investing, your capital is at risk. Forecasts are not indicative of future performance. Terms and fees may apply.
my minimum payment has to be £100 for these stocks and shares. is there a way I can buy £25 a month instead of waiting for the balance to build up to £100?

I've recently opened a junior stocks and shares isa with Hargreaves lansdown. I'm a little lost now as to what to do with the funds ive deposited. I'd like something similar to my investments with trading 212 where I have an s&p 500 and a vanguard all world. I can't seem to find anything similar to these. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Out of the L&G international index, L&G tech trust, UBS S&P 500 fund and HL Adventurous Managed - what do you thinks the best pick long term? Would you be against splitting deposits across two funds out these 4?

I’ve got one of them, great option for your kids future. I put in the child benefit, grannies pay in £50 between them, a portion of birthday & xmas cash. You’ll thank future you, as will your kid(s).

While the Intention is fair, they could literally use it for anything at the age of 18. It carries its own risk — doesn’t mean they’ll put it down for a house deposit. 🤷♂️They could blow it all at once.

I dont maximise my isa allowance each year so have just set up a separate pie for each of my kids on T212...but am i missing some benefits by doing this instead of setting up their own JISA?
