you should add a effect called "fear" you only get fear when there's too many zombies or your on lowhp basically your aim starts getting shaky and jittery and you start consuming more stam then you usually do

maybe if you’re low health and in danger you can get like a “fight or flight” status based off of character stats where you either consume less stamina and run faster at the cost of shaky aim or you get more damage and a rolling healthbar (builds up damage that is slowly taken overtime) at the cost of more stamina use?

Add an effect where if your face gets splashed with zombie blood it can severely mess up your aim and accuracy unless you're wearing goggles (regular glasses have reduced protection)

Make there be a insanely huge gamepass buy button with rainbows around it that pops up on the top of your screen every 10 seconds AND when you press esc make sure it plays a really loud alarm with text saying “DONT LEAVE YET! ¡STOP! FREE GAMEPASS “speedcoil” HAS BEEN GOVEN TO YOU!”
