Well, it is harassment considering the only reason you put him in handcuffs or threatened him with a taser is because he was black in a white neighborhood. Black officer, you don’t see a problem with this you back up and help him lie about shit like this this is why I have a very few black police officer friends. And I worked with police for almost 30 years.
